What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Reporting to the Head of Customer Insight, you will be involved in analysing a huge variety of data sources to develop insight into the customer and their response to our marketing campaigns and product messaging
  • As a business that has a large and growing customer database, you will learn how we use catalogues to target and segment selection and response strategies; using LTV and predictive modelling; collating and mining large data sets; customer response forecasting and profitability analysis are but a few of the key aspects to this role
  • Ideally, you will also be interested in using digital data metrics and sources to supplement the holistic view of the customer and their interaction with us as part of their customer journey across our business
  • This is a role that will require you to be very much ‘hands on’ the data but you will also learn how to help the marketing team to strategize our data to improve customer experience and ultimately, company profitability
