What will the apprentice be doing?

On this apprenticeship you will work with experienced staff on a range of vehicles, allowing you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills and become a qualified Autocare Technician.

The role will include but is not limited to:
assist technicians with with service and repair to vehicles with the aim to undertake work without supervision
Order parts and deal with the return of parts
Answer inbound calls, book appointments and assist with any queries
Deal with customers face-to-face
General assistance in the workshop
Service reception duties
Keep the workshop tidy
Working hours are:

8am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri
½ hour lunch
8am – 1pm Saturdays (alternate)

On completion of this 24 month apprenticeship you will have achieved: Level 2 Autocare Technician.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
