What will the apprentice be doing?

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Acknowledging / responding to email queries (using knowledge gained)
  • Answering phone calls and passing to the correct team member (and in time answering queries yourself using access to our system and knowledge gained)
  • Assisting with the collation and processing of paperwork for DBS checks and employee on-boarding
  • Taking meeting notes
  • Potential HR involvement - preparing letters to go out using templates
  • General Office Admin Support - helping the Operations team with document printing, collation and binding, monitoring stock of uniform and sorting for collection, keeping the office organised etc
