What will the apprentice be doing?

Main duties will include:

  • To work under the instruction of the line manager to develop an understanding of the service area and job role
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases
  • Updating various databases using Excel
  • Dealing with clients and visitors on the phone and face to face
  • Updating various social media sites
  • Setting up meetings
  • Hosting Teams meetings
  • Stock keeping and ordering stationary 
  • Helping prepare marketing material
  • Preparing interviews
  • Ad-hoc admin tasks as required
