What will the apprentice be doing?

We have an opportunity for an apprentice to work in a busy office environment within a successful and well-established manufacturing company.

You will learn all aspects of administration and play an essential part in the team that ensures operations run smoothly and effectively.

Your role will include:

  • Sending and responding to Customer focused emails
  • Handling customer telephone enquiries
  • Processing orders and deliveries
  • Scheduling deliveries
  • Generating quotes
  • Raising invoices to customers
  • Data entry into company database and recording of all notes and updates
  • General filing
  • General administration
  • Understanding product range
  • Stock auditing
  • General printing, posting and filing of documentation
  • Supporting the marketing of company

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Additional training will be provided in regular online sessions as you work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator standard.
