What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Raising of purchase orders in the designated Cloudflow system
  • Processing all purchase invoices in a timely manner
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
  • Assisting in induction paperwork for new starters
  • Collating weekly timesheets and checking vehicle trackers for real time hours
  • Reconciling invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders
  • Any ad-hoc office duties such as scanning, photocopying, and filing
  • Attending college/teams’ meetings as and when required
  • Completing work set by college to work towards gaining qualification
