What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be working over 5 days per week on a full time apprentice contract, with onsite parking your day will start by learning how to set up the pub and restaurant ready for service.

  • Learning to do celler managment - including maintanance of the beer lines and stock managment
  • Following the managment on how cashing up works
  • How to set up the restaurant daily and learn how to keep track of stock
  • Over service you will learn what is needed and expected to give amazing service to all that come through the door at The White Horse

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Your qualification will be completed with a level 2 Hospitality member, giving you great opportunity to go onto the next step.

All the training will be completed on-site at The White Horse in baston set into block days for any online training needed.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Progression from this apprenticeship is expected to be onto a hospitality supervisory or team leading role.
