What will the apprentice be doing?

Main responsibilities

  • Meet & greet client – offer drinks - advise partner of clients arrival
  • Answer all calls – take and pass on messages – handle simple enquiries
  • Arrange (& Re-arrange) meetings
  • Opening post – deal with outgoing post
  • Take client payments through credit card machine
  • Stationery check and re-ordering
  • Maintenance of reception area and meeting room – ensuring both are clean and presentable throughout the day
  • Maintaining databases
  • Monitor enquiries emails
  • Filing, shredding and assisting all staff
  • Other ad-hoc duties
