You'll have involvement in all aspects of the software development lifecycle within a supportive team

In years 1-3, you'll have 6 x 6 month placements in each of the departments within Software and expose you to different technologies and development methodologies. In your final year, you will take on a year long placement in the department of your choice.

What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship

Through regular one to ones, development plans and the use of mentors, you will have the opportunity to shape your career within the organisation. We have many senior members in the organisation that started life as an MBDA apprentice.
