What will the apprentice be doing?
Your daily duties will include but not be limited to;
- Calling customers & booking appointments
- Sending quotations, job confirmations
- Invoicing and tracking financials
- Learning a program called ArtiCAD and designing computerised drawings for customers (this will be great for a student interested in potentially getting into design or has an interest)
- General admin
- Answering phones
- Stock ordering
- Will use Xero, CAD & Simpro Program
- HR duties
- Day to day running of the business
- Ordering
- Managing fitters and jobs
- Customer queries and booking jobs, sending quotations, CAD designs

Working hours can be flexible - 4 days (8 hours per day - 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm) or 3 days per week are available.
Salary is NMW depending on age:
- 16-17 = £4.81
- 18-20 = £6.83
- 21-22 = £9.18
- 23+ = £9.50

- Level 3 Business Administrator standard
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English are available, if required
