What will the apprentice be doing?

  • To undertake general clerical and administrative duties. This includes typing, data entry, filing, photocopying, laminating and sending/receiving emails
  • To assist in the support service in relation to administration, income generation, finance and clerical operations of the school
  • To answer telephone and deal with queries on Reception and respond to electronic queries in a friendly and professional manner
  • To access and update various systems including school MIS, cashless system for school meals and visitor management system
