What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Data Gathering and Analysis
  • Production of Client Review information before meetings and
    take care of any action points
  • Assist in the preparation of Financial Plans for new clients,
    including cash flow forecasts and product research
  • Liaise with clients and third-party service providers in the
    servicing of clients of the firm
  • Ensure compliance with internal and Financial Conduct Authority rules
  • Ensure the highest standards of confidentiality are maintained.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

As well as on the job training, you will complete the Level 4 Paraplanner Apprenticeship standard.

This will include completing the Certificate in Paraplanning via the CII which comprises of the following units:

CII R01 - Financial Services Regulations and Ethics
CII R02 - Investment Principles and Risk
CII R03 - Personal Taxation
CII J09 - Paraplanning
