Reporting to our accounts manager, you will be an integral part of the day-to-day running of the accounts and admin department and will receive one-to-one mentoring and guidance throughout your apprenticeship. You will provide the accounting and administrative team with support to ensure our supplier accounts are accurate.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Receiving, processing and filing paperwork (i.e. invoices, requests for payment etc.)
  • Inputting information onto our accounting system
  • Matching invoices to delivery notes and price checking against orders
  • Adhering to a strict monthly timetable for month end procedures
  • Taking down any voicemails that come in for the accounts department and calling back suppliers and/or subcontractors
