What will the apprentice be doing?

The BSIA is the UK’s leading security trade association with around 300 members.  Our members work in areas such as install, manufacturing, security officers, lone worker technology, access control, ID destruction – and much more.  We also work in technology focussed areas such as artificial intelligence, automated facial recognition and cyber security.

We’re an events driven organisation – much of our work centres around member events, some in person, some virtual.

Within our Worcester head office, we have a variety of departments such as membership development (sales), administration, marketing and finance.  The Business Admin apprentice will gain invaluable experience working within each of these teams helping add real value to our members.

We are very much looking for the Business Admin apprentice to be an integral part of our head office team and we always welcome staff to provide new ideas of how we can improve the association.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will recieve a Business Administravtie Apprenticeship Level 3. 

Training will be remote.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The BSIA is a fast growing and leading membership trade association with ambitious plans to further expand in the coming years.  Without doubt, there are excellent future opportunities across a range of areas within the organisation.
