What will the apprentice be doing?

As an Apprentice Housekeeper you don't need to have any experience, though it can help. We'll teach you everything you need to know to be at the heart of making sure that every guest can feel comfortable and relax while they stay with us.

Responsibilities included in this role:

- To report promptly for duty, collect your worksheet and key and undertake duties requested by your team leader

- Cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms to a high standard

- To record all dirty/reject linen off your section accurately

- To be aware of and comply with statutory requirements regarding the workplace such as health and safety, hygiene, fire prevention and employment law.

-Adhere to company policies and procedures and licensing laws

- To attend all housekeeping meetings

What your apprenticeship includes:

- A mixture of face to face and virtual catch ups with your learning coach every 4 - 6 weeks

- A mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops and webinars

- Feedback sessions to discuss progress

- Obtain Functional Skills in English and maths
