What will the apprentice be doing?

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the candidate will be responsible for:

  • Communicating with all clients via phone and email
  • Handling incoming enquiries
  • Talking the customer through the different services on offer, informing them on the most up to date pricing and booking in the cleaning jobs
  • Dealing with day-to-day customer service queries and requests
  • Updating inhouse CRM system
  • Answering and making phone calls to existing leads and converting to customers

Once the candidate has completed their 3 month probation period, they have the opportunity to work from home every Friday and choose to work from home an additional 1-2 days a week (this will be agreed with the line manager).

Office location is a 2-minute walk from Woodford Station.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

A successful apprentice will be offered a permanent position with the opportunity to progress onto their Level 3 Customer Service Apprenticeship.
