What will the apprentice be doing?

• Preparation and cleaning of customer waiting and food areas

• Preparation and cleaning of service areas

• Maintain menu boards and table displays

• Meet and greet customers and handle orders through to service

• Prepare hot and cold beverages

• Observe food hygiene regulations

• Maintain an updated knowledge of the products for sale

• Assist with stock management

• Assist with events and functions

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will study a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.
