What will the apprentice be doing?

To build and maintain effective professional relationships with relevant external stakeholders and service user groups.

·To provide reports and updates to Leaders in relation to area of responsibility.

·To set clear standards for and expectations of communication with parents and other key stakeholders ensuring follow up is timely, effective and appropriate.

·To work collaboratively with others to deliver added value to the Academy and Trust.

·To understand the changing community and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Business administrator level 3 qualification.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.  
Upon completion you could progress onto the Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship in Business Administration or apply for job roles including:  
• Administration Officer / Executive 
• Administration Team Leader / Office Supervisor 
• Personal Assistant 
• Secretary

Things to consider

This post will include an initial induction and training for 2 weeks at the MLT main office in the Linx building on Lilly Hall road in Maltby, you will also be invited to this building for 2 weekly updates & briefings with the central team
