What will the apprentice be doing?

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the below:

  • Answering the phone and providing good customer service
  • Solving customer queries
  • Working alongside all our departments with learner enquires
  • Responding to enquiries via Email, over the Phone and live chat
  • General reporting duties
  • Assisting learners with enrolments
  • Contributing to department KPI targets

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will achieve the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard.

There are workshops that you need to attend.

You will have a Mentor who will support you to achieve your apprenticeship.

In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role.
