What will the apprentice be doing?

Reporting to the administration manager to carry out duties including:

  • Data entry
  • File audits
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning
  • Filing
  • Archiving and tracking files
  • Answering and transferring phone calls
  • Taking phone messages from clients
  • Sending emails to clients
  • Forwarding emails from clients to the appropriate recipient
  • Handling client concerns and complaints
  • Business correspondence
  • Greeting visitors in the office

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administration Level 3.

Function Skills maths & English @ Level 2 if applicable.

20 per cent off-the-job training at MA Lawyers Ltd to complete portfolio work each week.

Training at Protocol consultancy services in Birmingham B3 2NH 1 day per month.
