What will the apprentice be doing?

Due to an influx of new projects SCK Group Ltd are looking for a committed and loyal individual to join the team under the title of Junior Administrator in our Silsoe, Bedfordshire Office.

The ideal candidate will oversee the organisation and efficiency of daily office operations. From organising paperwork, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

The right individual for this role will have the potential to advance and develop with the company as it grows further. All relevant training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the accounts and sales team in their day to day running
  • Complete and submit various forms
  • Ensure projects are up-to-date and uploaded onto our company system
  • Interact with IT, phone and site personnel as needed
  • Assist with any ad-hoc duties as and when requested

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Whilst the delivery of training and some of the content will be bespoke to employer’s needs, there are key elements that will be covered throughout.
