What will the apprentice be doing?
- General day to day duties include receiving a production list every morning then sewing the fabric in accordance with individual customer specifications
- You will be using a flat bed industrial machine and also an industrial thread over-locker
- Monitoring output and maintaining quality assurance
- Reporting faulty equipment to the production manager and changing own machine consumables such as feet and needles
- Requesting requisitions for labels to the office before running out to make sure your work can be completed
