What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Answering the phone to customers and suppliers
  • Passing on messages to staff and gathering information required to call/email back to answer client questions
  • Collecting and processing paperwork from deliveries
  • Complete basic accounting actions, such as processing staff expenses and gathering other financial information for reporting purposes
  • Supporting the business by producing basic documents and completing general administrative tasks to support projects and operations
