What will the apprentice be doing?

The kitchen is a notoriously high-pressure environment; you must be responsible, hardworking and want to learn.

Daily duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing meats and vegetables
  • Measuring ingredients
  • Assisting with stock rotation
  • Preparing meals
  • Developing different cutting techniques
  • Assist other Chefs
