What will the apprentice be doing?

Are you positive minded and a multitasker with excellent communication skills?

The role will involve assisting the Conveyancing team and others on all aspects of daily operations, completing a variety of duties including inbox management and providing first a class customer service experience.

This role will bring a varied workload and some flexibility is needed to complete tasks within deadlines.

Typical duties will include:

  • Dealing with customers via face to face, telephone and emails
  • Typing
  • Updating and maintaining both paper and electronic records
  • Responding to information requests from customers effectively and in a timely manner.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Upon successful completion, you will achieve a Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard at level 2. You will also undertake any Functional Skills in maths and English at level 2 if these have not already been achieved.

You will attend NBC for day release knowledge sessions on a fortnightly basis. NBC is based in the centre of Huddersfield (HD1).

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Progression onto a level 3 apprenticeship such as the Business Administrator standard is a possibility for the right candidate.
