What will the apprentice be doing?

This role will see the Apprentice have responsibilities in both the Service and Parts departments.

The key responsibilities will be:

  • Handling incoming calls
  • Processing orders
  • Offering alternative products where products are not available
  • Ordering parts for future repairs
  • Managing order process through delivery goods
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Assisting with parts queries
  • Booking services
  • Selling additional products and services
  • Liaising with customers regarding their vehicles
  • Delivering vehicles to customers
  • Picking up parts on behalf of customers

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Customer Service Specialist Level 3, training will be remote/work based
