What will the apprentice be doing?

As a result of continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Business Administration Apprentice. This position offers prospect of progression and further development for the right candidate.

The role will entail:

Processing orders placed online or via email on an inhouse system

Answering questions and queries via; telephone, email or social media
Dispatching goods; generating courier labels and uploading tracking information to the customer’s order.

Sending relevant samples to the end user

Updating relevant orders and ensuring the customers is aware of any updates.

Taking payments via card.
Photocopying and scanning. Any other tasks/duties as requested by the manager.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard is an 18 month Apprenticeship which will be delivered within the workplace. There will be monthly live taught sessions delivered via an online platform. The Apprenticeship will include;

Level 3 Diploma for Business Administrator standard
Level 2 Functional Skills English
Level 2 Functional Skills Maths
Preparation for end-point assessment
End-point assessment
