What will the apprentice be doing?

· Assisting with general office duties such as data entry and letter writing using Microsoft Office.

· Opening of incoming post.

· Preparation of outgoing post.

· Copying and distribution of reports.

· Filing.

· Amendment of letters and printing in final form.

· Preparation of letters.

·  Photocopying.

·  Inputting data on to spreadsheets.

· Answering the phones in a professional and confident manner.

· Reception cover.

· General administrative duties.

· Cashiering.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

- 20% off the job training supported by Starting Off. 

- Remote learning. 

- Business Administration level 3 qualification. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Permanent position once successfully completing the apprenticeship.
