What will the apprentice be doing?

Daily tasks to include:

  • Dealing with Inbound service enquiries
  • Accurate data collection on CRM
  • Allocating jobs to suitable dates / times on engineer’s diaries
  • Route optimisation
  • Following up on Inbound email enquiries
  • Maintaining high conversions from enquiry to booking
  • Building on knowledge around fault diagnosis
  • Liaising with field service engineers
  • Keeping on top of paperwork
  • Contacting customers due their service
  • Processing part ordering
  • Reporting to management
