What will the apprentice be doing?

The role is assisting one of the partners on a daily basis in the private client and notarial department. Working with:

  • Wills
  • Trusts
  • Power of Attorney
  • Court of Protection
  • Land Registry
  • Some overseas business transactions

The role will also involve meeting clients and generally helping the office to run smoothly.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

(City and Guilds) Level 3 Business Administrator standard.

Training will be through Nottinghamshire Training Group (Distance Learning via Teams).

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Successful candidates may secure permanent employment which can involve drafting legal documents.
