What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails from new and existing clients
  • Dealing with queries, completing mid term adjustments and new business quotes
  • Taking payments and completing outbound prospecting calls
  • Completing mid-term adjustments on personal, home, motor, and horse policies 
  • To generate new business opportunities and foster great customer relationships 
  • To identify and offer financial services referrals 
  • The successful candidate will be required to process client requests in a timely manner and ensure all relevant administration tasks are completed accurately
