What will the apprentice be doing?

  • To provide quality care and learning for all children
  • Act in accordance with legislation, policy and procedures
  • To ensure excellent standards of hygiene are maintained and be responsible for the health and safety appropriate for the needs of young children
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Work with other professionals as required
  • Complete observations and assessments of children
  • Working in partnership with parents & carers
  • Participate in training to enhance completion of the apprenticeship

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Apprentice will undertake all relevant training to support knowledge skills and behaviour in order to qualify as a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner.

All training will be taken place at the employer's site.
