What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Supports the Creative Marketing Manager with creative concepts and activities.
  • Responsible for the ideation, design and production of print and digital media for a variety of partners, channels and mediums.
  • Collaborate with project teams and partners to develop creative solutions, and to translate those solutions into tangible outputs via multiple asset types and channels.
  • Assist in the production of documents and creative assets to assist in furthering the Topodium Group brand, marketing and sales activity.
  • Utilises storyboarding, mood boards and pre-design graphics where required. 
  • Operates effectively in a professional and agile manner to feedback adjustments and enhancements.
  • Ensure projects and tasks meet stipulated deadlines.
  • Document all project and task activity on our management software.
  • Manage internal expectations and update relevant colleagues promptly with frequent communication via email, slack or face-to-face meetings.
  • Stay abreast of creative design and industry trends in the sectors of sports, health and fitness, and leisure.
  • Responsible for self-motivated learnings, asking for guidance, asking for feedback. 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

As an Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to study the following through this Apprenticeship:

  • Apprenticeship in Content Creator Level 3
  • Employee Rights and Responsibilities
  • End Point Assessment
  • English, Maths and ICT if required

At Havant & South Downs College we offer different methods of delivery either work based or day release. This will be discussed with you upon appointment.
