What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Actioning assigned support tickets, responding to customer queries and complaints
  • Escalating complaints and unresolved issues to senior technicians, where required
  • Appropriately log and analyse call content to identify common trends and underlying problems
  • Configuration of hardware based on default settings and customer requirements
  • To observe and adhere to Exa Networks’ policies and procedures

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships. You will receive a Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification upon completion.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

This apprenticeship programme will provide you with everything you need to launch and develop your career in IT support. Afterwards, we’ll support you to take the next steps, including further training and progression onto a Level 4 qualification.
