Our kitchen produces all fresh seasonal, regional food, giving the successful applicant the ideal environment to learn how to become a chef whilst being paid. You would work 35-40 hours per week over 4 days, earning a rate of £6 per hour plus tips.

What will the apprentice be doing?

You will learn all aspects of kitchen life, from helping in pot wash, to vegetable prep, patiserie and adventually moving on to meat & fish, prep and sevice.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Commis chef level 2

All work based learning

Working and traing 4 days per week.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

After succesfully completing your apprenticeship you will be given the chance to take the next step by undertaking Chef de Partie level 3 training.
