What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

For the right apprentice we would look to retain them after the course. We would not limit to the role/department that they have worked towards but open them up to multiple departments.
There is a large industry in Cambridge dedicated to pharmaceutical and bio-tech which we feel we would be preparing the right person for.
Training on site – IT, H&S, programme of increased responsibility for the admin at site, exposure to other departments.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The candidate will achieve a Level 3 Business Administration and a permanent position may become available.
