What will the apprentice be doing?

• Managing goods in • Ensuring all information is sent to warehouse management systems for all stock deliveries • Inventory Planning and Management Ensuring stock is at the required level, processing orders based on demand forecast and planning future orders. • Liaising with internal and external functions to ensure smooth stock movement Suppliers, Finance and Warehouse • Product onboarding and data input - Ensuring new products are onboarded to systems and any updates are made including price updates • Reporting Creating weekly reports • Carrying out ad hoc testing on IT systems as required

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will study a Level 3 Business Administrator standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.
