What will the apprentice be doing?

·         Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls, ensuring all messages are dealt with.

·         Greeting clients

·         Maintaining the online diary system

·         Audio and copy typing

·         Assisting Senior Surveyors

·         Assisting Senior Administrators

·         Dealing with emails (both incoming and outgoing)

·         Dealing with incoming and outgoing post

·         General filing to include maintaining Client files both paper and online. File archiving.

·         Any other duties

Working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard qualification.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Prospect of progression to a higher level apprenticeship qualification and to progress within the business. Prospect of a permanent position for the right candidate on completion of the Apprenticeship.
