What will the apprentice be doing?

 Provide a good level of customer service to WCG staff, students and visitors in the use of End User Computing (EUC) hardware, software and other ICT equipment.
 Assist service desk core functions.
 Carry out EUC / Audio Visual / Network Infrastructure support duties.
 Dispatch, receipt and test equipment sent out of the College and to maintain detailed records of these actions. 
 Install, move, test, reconfigure, repair and service EUC equipment as required.
 Install and maintain software applications.
 Work flexibly with other departments across the college.
