Part of the role is providing assistance in dealing with the day-to-day financial admin tasks and ensuring these procedures are completed accurately. What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Raising of purchase orders in the most cost-effective way
  • Liaising with numerous suppliers
  • Checking order acknowledgments & resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Chasing suppliers for ETAs for outstanding orders
  • Resolving issues with suppliers such as faulty items
  • Credit control – chasing payment from customers
  • Providing methods of payment for customers such as creating payment links
  • Checking invoices for any discrepancies and resolving any issues with incorrect invoices
