The apprentice will achieve a intermediate apprenticeship at Level 2 Butchery. Which can progress you onto an advanced apprenticeship at Level 3. 

The apprentice will be expected to come to Reaseheath College one day per week and the course will take 12 to 18 months depending on previous experience.

Full time roles available within butchery settings and the chance to progress onto Level 3 Butchery Apprenticeship.

About the employer

Sprinks farm is an organic deer park and rare breeds family enterprise on the edge of the peak district. The farm boasts herds of Red and Fallow deer, Oxford Sandy and Black pigs and British White Cattle. Following a successful year establishing our organic venison business from our on-site butchery, we are branching out with a new retail butchery in a nearby village. The retail butchery has previously operated four days a week predominantly retailing high quality beef.
