What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Diary Management for the Business Development Director
  • Working closely with office admin team
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Assisting in opening daily post
  • Assisting in the reception duties
  • Assisting & checking the company general mailbox
  • Assisting in the booking of Company training
  • Assisting in maintaining office supplies and stationery
  • Assisting in ordering PPE
  • Assisting in booking Business Development Directors Travel
  • (Hotels, Flights, Trains and Car Hire)
  • Assisting in Company credit card management
  • Health & Safety:
  • Ensure that you remain compliant with health and safety regulations and accepted safe practice always.
  • Report any health and safety issues or contraventions witnessed anywhere within the business to a manager

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • The successful candida will work towards a business administration level 3 qualification
  • Functional skills if required
