What will the apprentice be doing?

Very engaging and supportive small business with a high level of experience and expertise in our field. We are looking for an apprentice who will be happy to work with our colleagues to help them fulfil their dreams and goals. We offer a great atmosphere to work in and it’s a great opportunity for positive forward-thinking people.

Working in our offices in Daventry, the suitable person will be responsible for

  • Maintaing a high standard of customer service to all of our customers via telephone and email
  • Applying a very strong attention to detail in all aspects of their work
  • Complete tasks accurately and on time which is important to the company.
  • Update records via our internal system in which full training will be provided

This would be an attractive position for somebody with a positive approach with a "can do" attitude. We are offering a permanent position with long term prospect for employment. The candidate would need to have basic computer skills and be conversant with systems like Xero but training will always be given to adapt a keen and genuine person into our works. Interviews will be held in our Daventry offices.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 3 Business Admin which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures. Our training is all complete remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7. You receive 20% off the job training during this Apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Very fast growing company and we are expanding avenues so role can be very progressive and there is opportunity to progress for the right candidate.
