Cottam and Preedy Ltd are looking for a Customer Service Admin/Sales to be one of the points of contact for all customer enquiries both internally and externally via phone and email.

- Tracking shipments, checking and booking purchased orders.
- This will suit someone who loves assisting customers and is driven to provide a good level of service.

- Customer Service Level 2
- Functional Skills in Maths and English if required
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The possibility of a full-time role for the right candidate upon successful completion of apprenticeship.
