What will the apprentice be doing?
- Data Entry. Assisting the finance lead with reconciliations. Working with spreadsheets.
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments are correct and amounts are record.
- Sorting outgoing and incoming daily post. Assisting with
- Managing petty cash transactions. Handling cash daily payments.
- Answering thetelephone. Taking messages and relaying them to the correct department.
- Provide administrative support including filing, word processing, emailing,
- Reception work and messenger duties, data input onto computerised systems.
- Occasional use of creativity in the solving of routine problems.
- Able to work at aforward-thinking pace due to many interruptions and physical demands
- General office work; may involve long periods of working on a computer,
- Keyboardskills/computer literate.
- Keen attention to detail, able to flag potential issues.
- Note taker where needed.
