What will the apprentice be doing?

You will carry out clerical and other duties in support of the business and will be expected to be well organised, pay close attention to detail, like being part of a team and also be able to work on your own initiative and lone work at times.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing post
  • Cover reception duties
  • File all confidential information appropriately
  • Type up documents
  • Update computer records daily
  • Stock take and re-order supplies
  • Set up meetings and take minutes
  • Archive old documents

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
