    Salary based on performance; £7 per hour for first 12 weeks, then £7.50 per hour After 9 months rising to £8.50 per hour After 12 months, £8.50 per hour or national minimum wage for age (whichever is higher)

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • As Junior Content Producer, you’ll work closely alongside
    Debbie, the founder of famille. You’ll also work with an
    experienced social media manager consultant as part of the
    core famille delivery team
  • You will gain experience of
    working to produce high quality content on a range of client
    projects and for the famille brand across bought earned and
    owned media.
  • The core of the role will be focussed on content production for social media including reels and stories, with wider exposure to the full content requirements across channels including video editing and from time to time, supporting with podcast production and promotion. User experience and accessibility is at the heart of all we do
  • One day you could be at one of our clients’ destinations to capture content and the next in a collaborative online workshop, with clients and agency partners to help drive the very best experiences online
    Alongside the day to day, you’ll look out for the latest trends and innovations and have the opportunity to experiment with new techniques and tactics in content production

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 3 Junior Content Producer Apprenticeship 
  • This will be blended delivery, with a mix of face to face and online sessions
  • Sessions will take place every 2-4 weeks and face to face sessions will be delivered at place of work

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Things to consider

There will be a requirement to attend client events and locations to capture content. On occasion this can be out of working hours, such as an evening or weekend. All time spent out of normal working hours will qualify as time in lieu to be taken in agreement with your line manager and around core deadline responsibilities. There will be opportunities to attend a Summer and Christmas party and award celebrations throughout the year.
