The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting newly onboarding clients through their first 2 week support cycle.

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Resolving logged Support cases to an exceptional standard.
  • Liaising with clients via inbound and outbound telephone calls.
  • Assisting clients with system configuration requests.
  • Documenting common early life issues and passing feedback on to the Early Life Support Manager.
  • Providing remove support to on-site Tevalis Engineers.
  • Onboarding new third-party integrations.
  • Performing testing and Engineer sign-off before the engineer leave sites.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Advanced Level Apprenticeship in IT Digital Support Technician consisting of:

  • Level 3 Apprenticeship in IT Digital Support Technician
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in ICT
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English

You will be required to attend a half-day session at the Training Centre per week where you will work towards any functional skills that are required, alongside enhancing your IT knowledge and capabilities.
