About the employer

Destination Triumph are delighted to announce that we’re the 2022 MCN Single Franchise Dealer Group of the Year award winners! We've been recognised for continually enhancing the experience for our customers, the investment in our people and facilities, our embrace for new technologies and processes, the experiential events we host, and our 98% customer satisfaction score. We began our journey in Washington, West Sussex in 2006 opening our first bike dealership, soon expanding into Hampshire in 2013, then finally opening our brand new state-of-the-art dealership in Christchurch, Dorset in 2021. We have made it our mission to be far more than just a location to buy a bike or get yours serviced. Through hard work, dedication and passion from all the team, each of our dealerships have become focal points to the local motorcyle community providing a safe space for coffee, chats and even pizza. Pete Parker, Managing Director is absolutely thrilled to have the honour of receiving the MCN Dealer Group of the Year Award and said: “Community is key and keeping this element strong has always been a big thing for Destination Triumph, a happy two wheeled community is key to our business and it is such an important part of being a bike dealer. We have always wanted to create a ‘Destination’ for bikers across the counties we serve, rather than being just another retail outlet. We honestly weren’t expecting to win an MCN Award so we are all thrilled, it is a fantastic recognition for all the hard work put in by our boundlessly enthusiastic teams at all three dealerships who always go the extra mile. I would like to thank Triumph GB for their support, all the staff at Destination Triumph and the support from the wider Birchwood Motor Group team, our event teams and of course, our brilliant and loyal customers.” Visit one of our award-winning dealerships today in Christchurch, Droxford (near Fareham) or Washington (Near Worthing) and get involved with one of our upcoming events.
