The Role

Working closely with the property manager, learning how to look after rental properties, including conducting inspections, check-outs, move-ins, viewings and admin. Instructing the relevant contractors for any maintenance issues. Keeping up to date with all the legislations related to the property industry

Duties include:

  • Dealing with landlord and tenant-related queries
  • Handling property maintenance issues
  • Receive and process tenant notices
  • Processing tenant applications and references
  • Tenant move in’s
  • Check out inspections
  • Processing deposits
  • Rent administration
  • Inventories and Inspections
  • Property listings and marketing
  • Social media content
  • Sales and rent negotiation

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Housing and Property Management Qualification through Learning Curve Group. 

You will be taught through:

  • 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
  • 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
  • The course is a 18-month long programme

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
